Ordering and Delivery Instructions !

At Jojo's Kitchen, we aim to provide you with freshly prepared meals that fit your schedule. Please follow these clear steps to ensure a smooth ordering and delivery process:

  1. Choose Your Meals:
    Browse our meal prep options, select your preferred dishes, and add them to your cart.

  2. Select Your Delivery Date:
    At checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose your desired delivery date. Please note: orders and delivery will never occur on the same day as we require time to freshly prepare your meals.

  3. Delivery Time:
    All deliveries will be made between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on your chosen delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during this time.

  4. Plan Ahead:
    To ensure your meals arrive when you need them, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the necessary time to cook and package your meals with care.

The same for our Family Feasts and Dessert. For larger orders or event catering, please reach out to us directly before placing your order.

Important Information

  • Same-day delivery is not available.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be processed the following day.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your selected delivery date and time. If you do not receive this please contact us.
