  • Storage

    1. Cool it quickly: Allow the steak, mash, and vegetables to cool to room temperature (within 2 hours of cooking) before storing to avoid bacterial growth.

    2. Store as a meal: Store the steak, mash, and vegetables together in an airtight container to keep the flavours and textures intact.

    3. Refrigerate: Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Ensure your fridge is set to 4°C (40°F) or lower.

    4. Freeze (optional): If you wish to store it for longer, you can freeze the entire meal in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.

    Reheating

    • Refrigerated Meal:

      • Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the entire meal in an oven-safe dish and cover with foil to prevent it from drying out. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until the steak is heated through.

      • Stovetop: Reheat the meal in a pan over low heat, adding a little oil or butter to keep it moist. Cover with a lid to retain moisture. Stir the mash and vegetables occasionally to ensure even heating.

      • Microwave: Place the meal in a microwave-safe dish and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through until the entire meal is heated through.

    • Frozen Meal:

      • Defrost: Thaw overnight in the fridge, then follow the reheating instructions above.

      • Stovetop: Reheat the frozen meal in a pan over low heat, adding a bit of oil or butter to avoid dryness. Stir occasionally, and cover with a lid to retain moisture.

  • Please note that the Steak meal will be packaged in airtight containers for storage, so the presentation may differ slightly from the image. While the meal itself will remain just as flavourful and fresh, the appearance will be adjusted to fit the practical, convenient storage solution. This ensures your meal stays fresh, organised, and easy to transport, though the visual plating may not be the same as shown in the picture. The focus remains on delivering a nutritious, delicious, and well-portioned meal, ready for you to enjoy at your convenience. You can reheat the meals directly in the containers or choose to plate them on your own dishes for a more traditional presentation.
